Train InterCity TLK 38110 „Kossak” Krakow Główny – Kołobrzeg.

TLK (Your Railway Lines) is a category of long-distance trains operated by PKP InterCity in Poland. These are connections of a slightly lower standard than InterCity trains, but at the same time they offer cheaper tickets. Cheaper tickets mean more affordable than faster trains of the IC, EIC or EIP (Pendolino) categories. However, the standard of the cars is lower. The cars do not always have air conditioning, 230 V electrical sockets or Wi-Fi. There are no bar cars in the trains. The trains are different. They can run with Class 1 and 2 or EZT cars. Night services of TLK trains can have sleeper cars and couchettes. TLK class trains serve long-distance connections and additionally stop at smaller stations, which helps to combat the exclusion of smaller towns and their residents. Long-distance trains of higher categories do not stop at these stations. Remember that less affluent people usually live in these towns. TLK trains are a good solution for people looking for budget travel on longer routes, although comfort may depend on the specific train set.
