The passenger stop is located on LK No. 271 Wrocław Główny – Poznań Główny, on its 6.397 km. In the direction of Wrocław, there is the Wrocław Popowice station, and in the direction of Poznań, there is the Wrocław Osobowice station. The stop is located in the city. The stop is one of the youngest in Wrocław. The facility was built on October 31, 2015. The stop is far from housing estates, but nearby there is the largest Wrocław cemetery Osobowicki and the city center bypass, which allows transfer to public transport. Also nearby are the large Family Allotment Gardens Osobowice, Jeżyny and Różanecznik. A little further north is the Training Center of the Engineering and Chemical Troops. You can’t miss information about the nearby river port on the Oder.

The Wrocław Różanka stop was built on an embankment. Two platforms were built, and each of them is single-edged. The platforms are high and 200 m long. The platform edge is made of light red prefabricated slabs with anti-slip surface. The slabs have yellow warning lines and buttons. The rest is made of grey pavement slabs. Two bus shelters, railway information boards and audio information boards have been installed on each platform. Blue protective barriers have been installed on the embankment slope. Access to the platforms has been made as ramps, thanks to which disabled people and cyclists can use the stops. Additionally, an underground passage for passengers has been made through the embankment using the soil-coating technology. The pavement has been paved with concrete paving stones and linear drainage has been installed.

Between the passenger stop and the railway bridge there are remains of fortifications, the task of which was to defend the bridge crossing from the north. There are stairs in the fortification, which are currently not used and are fenced off. Osobowicka Street (DW Nr 327) runs under the tracks. It is from this street that sidewalks lead to the platforms. The sidewalks are fenced, blue and equipped with lighting.

The stop is used by trains operated by PolRegio and Koleje Dolnośląskie. In 2022, the stop served up to 300 passengers per day.
